Garfield County

Located in north-central Oklahoma, Garfield County comprises 1,059.94 square miles of land and water. The county is well known for its farming and production of wheat, along with other crops such as corn, oats, sorghum, Kaffir corn and alfalfa. Livestock is also one of the county’s principal industries. Aside from agriculture, the economy receives a significant boost from oil, gas and manufacturing industries, as well as Vance Air Force Base.
